C is for Calcium

It’s recommended that as adults we eat between 700mg and 1000mg of calcium per day to maintain this level. But calcium is not just used in bones. Its other main function is in muscle contractions. If there is not enough calcium coming into the body for the muscles to use, they will leech it out of your bones!!!!!!
